SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been dispatched. Shipping costs in The Netherlands are €4.50 for a letterbox package and €6.95 for a standard package.

International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping. Costs vary depending on the destination and package size. International shipping is at the customer’s expense. For a shipping quote or more information, please contact us at contact@jurneey.com. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. All products are returnable by definition, unless the product page says otherwise. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, email us at contact@jurneey.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
